Kids Town Party Policy
FINAL KID COUNT POLICY
All kids Ages 7 and Under in attendance will be
counted, regardless of participation, as Kids Town cannot validate the
participation of each child.
KID COUNT EXCLUSION – Kid Count excludes Non-Walking Infants.
RESTRICTED GUEST LIST
Any Party Guest and/or Siblings of a Party Guest that you do not want included in your Kid Count, will be required to pay
to Kids Town directly at our full price Open Play rate.
Kids over 4 foot tall are not allowed to play.
INVOICE, PAYMENT POLICY, TAXES, AND EXCLUSIONS
TAXES – All Party Packages are subject to Sales Tax.
BALANCE DUE – The balance of your Party Invoice is due ‘Upon Arrival’ on your party date in cash.
INVOICE ADJUSTMENTS – Any Invoice adjustments made during your party must be settled 30 minutes prior to the end of your party.
CREDIT CARD AND PERSONAL CHECKS NOT ACCEPT
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A $150 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to confirm your party booking. Kids Town commits and reserves a party date and time-slot for just your party, thus, preventing another party from booking. Because party cancellations cause unfortunate negative impacts on our business, regardless of the cancellation reason (including Covid-Related), refunds will NOT be allowed. However, Kids Town’ does understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise beyond a customer’s control. Therefore, Kids Town will apply a percentage of your deposit to a future party booking, with one year expiration date, as follows:
A PERCENTAGE OF YOUR DEPOSIT CAN BE APPLIED TO A FUTURE BOOKING, WITH one year EXPIRATION DATE, AS FOLLOWS:
100% – 24 HOURS OR MORE NOTICE (Per Restrictions Below)
50% – LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE (Per Restrictions Below)
0% – NO NOTICE (I.E., NO SHOW)
Party Deposits CANNOT be applied towards Open Play.
All rescheduled parties will be subject to Kids Town’ Party Packages,
Pricing, Structure and/or Policies at the time of rebooking, not at the time of cancellation.
A Maximum of 2 party reschedules only. If you cancel your party after
the 2nd rescheduled date, you forfeit your deposit entirely.
Kids Town’ Party Packages, Pricing, Structure and/or Policies are subject to change without notice.
All prices are in cash and US dollars
PARTY SET-UP, ARRIVAL AND END-TIME POLICY
EARLY SET-UP NOT ALLOWED
Early set-up CANNOT be permitted due to another party potentially in session, staffing, capacity loads and/or hours of operation.
RECOMMENDATION FOR CUSTOMERS NEEDING DECORATING/SET-UP TIME
All of our Party Areas are brightly decorated, however, If a customer wishes to have time to set-up personalized decorations, they can do so by adjusting the start-time of their party to a later time on their guest invitations.
Please do NOT arrive any earlier than 10 minutes prior to your party start-time to avoid unnecessary wait time.
If your party arrives late, Kids Town may NOT be able to accommodate due to another party booking, staffing and/or closing time. Therefore, your party may be forced to forfeit party time with no discount or refund.
Your party must end at its designated end-time for Kids Town to maintain capacity loads, allow adequate time to prepare for the
next party, staffing and/or closing time.
RETURN TO JUMPING NOT ALLOWED
If violated, a fee of $30 Per 15 Minutes will be imposed.

Tablecloths (MUST be placed over our tablecloths.)

NOT ALLOWED ITEMS (If violated, a $50 per item fee will be imposed):
Face Paint (Okay with order true Kids Town)
Wall Decorations (Not using pins on the wood)
Removal of Kids Town’ Tablecloths
KIDS TOWN SAFETY RULES
To maintain a safe play environment, all participants must follow our safety rules listed below. Any participant not obeying our safety rules may be asked to leave with no refund.
It is your responsibility to review and ensure that your child follows our safety rules below at all times while
playing at Kids Town.
NO shoes or bare feet.
NO drinks, food, candy or gum in the play areas.
NO flips, piling on or wrestling with other participants.
NO climbing on the side walls of the inflatables.
EXIT IMMEDIATELY if inflatable begins to lose air.
40 pound maximum weight for all toys and battery operated vehicles.
MAINTAINING A SAFE AND FUN ENVIRONMENT USE OF ALCOHOL, USE OF PROFANITY, INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR AND/OR DISREGARDING Kids Town SAFETY RULES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Kids Town is committed to maintaining a safe and fun environment. If any customer, party member or party guest uses alcohol, profanity, demonstrates inappropriate behavior and/or disregards Kids Town’ Safety Rules, each violator may be asked to leave Kids Town with no refund or discount.
